Research On City-industry Integration Of Suburbs Type Energy Chemical Industry Park City

Industrial park has become the promoting economic growth and absorbing employment core region. Along with the rapid growth of the industry park, jobs-housing separation, commuter traffic congestion, environmental pollution problems appear constantly, especially in the suburbs type industrial park, city-industry integration gradually becomes the mainstream of industrial park development trend. At the same time, along with the economy enters the new normal, industrial structure adjustment and upgrading transformation become the topic and task facing. And the energy chemical industry which has done significant contribution to our country is facing unprecedented challenges, needing to seek new development way to avoid the disadvantages of traditional development mode. Therefore, studying the development path of the suburban type energy chemical industry park, it will have important theoretical and practical significance to our economy and urbanization.In this paper, to promote healthy development of the industrial park as the goal, based on the "time-space" dimension, taking the economic and technological development zone of Han-city as the study area, according to the general idea of "put forward questions-foundation support- the status quo analysis-standard definition-path planning", taking the methods of literature review, mathematical statistics and analysis, attempts to analysis the suburban type characteristics and problems, the relationship between production city interactive evolution, in order to explore the concept and measure standard of city-industry integration, put forward with pertinence and universality of production integration implementation path. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Suburbs type energy chemical industry park city interactive evolution relationship, in the "start development, rapid ascension, upgrading transformation, functional composite" development stage, which present home city to park "gathering, differentiation, spillover, drive" and park in "attachment, interaction, feedback" from the home city of evolution, but in general, industrial park has experienced rely on home city and two from home city to produce interaction period. And the type, health protection, industrial facilities, transport links, gauge coordination and spatial organization are coordinated to produce the core element of the relationship between city and industrial park.(2) The ultimate goal of city-industry integration is to realize the industrialization to accelerate the development of urbanization and industrial spatial layout is in harmony with the urban construction, but in city interactive evolution relationship under the influence of production, the industrial park of city fusion specific connotation and evaluation standard are periodic and gradation. Interaction among them, relying on the mother city should reflect the interaction of the park and the mother city during the period of integration, the evaluation standard for the industry development, transportation, facilities sharing, ecological isolation, etc.; Interactive period from the home city should reflect the industrial development and urban construction of the internal interaction, criteria for the composite function, balance, facilities, traffic amidst, ecological livable and industry development, etc.(3)According to produce city interactive evolution relationship, specific connotation and standard of city-industry integration, suburban type energy chemical industry park city has adapted to the different developmental stages of production integration implementation path, relying on the mother city interactive period as "industrial development, transportation, facilities sharing, ecological isolation" mode, from the home city interactive period is an industry city multivariate composite model.
