The macro-economy of china presents a stable and fast growth in 15 period which affords a favorable macro-economic background for the economical development of Nanning city。In this period, the real estate industry of Nanning city has experienced a rapid development which has played a significant role in the national economy of Nanning city, acting as a key increasing point in the economical development of this city, and also becoming one of important sources of financial revenues. From the whole real estate industry, there was once an unexpected phenomenon of overheated industrial development in 15 period。In 2004, the government has launched the fifth macro-economic regulation which aimed at the three important and overheated industries including real estate industry. As a result, the real estate industry in Nanning city has been affected unavoidably. In this situation, whether Nanning real estate industry can keep a healthy, stable and persistent development has played an important part in building a harmonious city and keeping an economical sustaining development. So this article studies on the developmental strategy of Nanning real estate industry in the next five years to this.The analysis to this article which adopts qualitative and quantitative methods is based on basic data of real estate industry and economic index of Nanning city, regards building a harmonious city and keeping a continuous development as the principal axis, analyses the situation of real estate industry in Nanning city exhaustively from multiple perspectives.
