Research On The Supporting Role Of Modern Agricultural Science And Technology On Agricultural Development In Shanxi Province

Scientific and technological progress has become the important factor that affect the existence and development of the agriculture,measurement of contribution rate of science and technology progress is the foundation of modern agriculture and comprehensive indicator in comparing agricultural science and technology development in different provinces and regions.Based on the authoritative data of agricultural industry,Solow residual method as the calculating method,combining with the characteristics of agriculture and the actual situation in Shanxi Province,the contribution rate of agricultural science and technology progress in the " 11th five-year plan" and "12th five-year plan" period are calculated,and the scientific and technological achievements are analyzed,the conclusions are as follows:1)the contribution rate of agricultural science and technology is 65.96%,32.86%and 37.93%respectively during the 10th five-year plan,11th five-year plan and the 12th five-year plan period in Shanxi Province;2)capital input has a great influence on the growth of agricultural economy in Shanxi Province,and the volatility is strong,while the impact of labor and farmland input are relatively stable;3)the contribution rate of agricultural science and technology in Shanxi Province has decreased in the last ten years.After analysis,the following countermeasures are proposed for the existing problems:1)to stick to the problem orientation and carry out the reform of the management system of science and technology projects;2)to highlight the innovation mechanism and carry out the new pattern of independent innovation of science and technology;3)to promote the transformation of achievements;4)to attach importance to the construction of the talent team and improve the technical support capability and level.
