Study On The Development Of Industrial Tourism

Industry tourism is a kind of new tourism form with the characteristics of crossing industry, and it strengthens progressively with the development of tourism industry; meanwhile, industry tourism develops rapidly in our country as one of important branches of tourism industry, and has driven the development of the tourism economy of our country effectively. There has been a quick development of industry tourism in China for these years, which, however, is still inferior to a certain extent to some foreign countries. The important question is how to understand exactly the characteristics of industry tourism, endow them with lively images among lots of special tourisms, and thus assure them of a sustainable development. On the foundation of developing experience which exists in domestic and international industry tourism, combining with the objective circumstances of resources and markets, this thesis proposes some development concepts of industry tourism in MaWei district with the title of " Study on the Development ofIndustrial Tourism -- Taking MaWei District of FuZhou as an Example", for thepurpose of enriching the theories of industry tourism development and guiding the practice of industry tourism in MaWei district.Based on some existing theories and research results of industrial tourism, this thesis summarizes notions, main characteristics, types and development principles systematically. On the foundation of the realistic backgrounds of industry tourism in Mawei district, this thesis utilizes many kinds of studying methods and related theories synthetically and elaborates objectively the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of industrial tourism in Mawei district. It also analyzes the tourist market of industry tourism totally in Mawei district and puts forward developing concepts and countermeasures of industrial tourism which suits traditional and modern industries in Mawei district of FuZhou city.
