The construction industry in China has entered a stage of rapid development,and the frequent occurrence of quality accidents in construction projects poses a great threat to people’s property and life safety.As a third-party role in quality supervision and management of construction projects,supervision has become one of the most urgent problems to be solved in the construction project supervision industry.With the advent of the information age,the traditional industry’s informatization Digitalization empowers enterprises to transform and upgrade,forming new economic growth points for enterprises.Enterprise information management drives innovation and reform in the supervision industry,thereby improving labor productivity and promoting sustainable development of the construction supervision industry.This article starts with the current research status of quality informatization in construction project supervision at home and abroad,and combines the information data generated by quality control in each stage of construction project supervision.By using the system analysis method,the requirements for quality control in each stage of construction project supervision are analyzed to determine the functional design of the system.Based on the functional design module,the corresponding system use case model and the information management system of the construction project supervision party are established,And the system was applied to the quality control of a large-scale commercial construction project supervision,achieving the enhancement of the safety of the construction project supervision quality control information management system and the real-time transmission,retrieval,modification,and processing of project engineering data.It can meet the usage needs of all personnel of the construction project supervision party,including the chief supervision engineer and supervision engineer.The system interface is simple and clear Strong operability greatly improves the efficiency of supervision work,ensuring the timeliness,accuracy,and information processing of construction project quality control.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through mobile terminal personal account project supervision mobile phone and other devices and software,realize the real-time view of the supervisor’s own involved projects and other "common menus";The on-site supervision data of the project can be collected and uploaded through the project portal of mobile terminal,and the real-time dynamic transmission of the project construction information improves the timeliness and accuracy of the supervision work data.(2)The supervision staff of construction projects can remotely view and modify the relevant data information of on-site supervision of engineering projects through the quality control information system,so as to timely discover the problems in construction,analyze and deal with the problems,and improve the diversified and efficient management of the quality control of engineering projects by the supervision.(3)Post-processing of information data of engineering projects realizes online transmission and preview of mainstream file types,supports multi-file packaging and compression download,and realizes convenient and quick download of large-capacity quality control data.(4)The unlimited multi-place application of the libocode in quality control broadens the transmission path,transmission speed and coverage of information sharing,and realizes the free combination of multi-functions and low-cost construction of business applications.(5)Through the analysis of application examples,the number of project personnel input is reduced by 37.5% before and after the system is put into operation,the overtime frequency is reduced by 42.1%,and the related cost is saved more than 10 times.The information analysis of the supervision ledger shows that the special operation has the highest error rate of6.1%,so it needs to implement the key construction quality control,which verifies the effectiveness of the construction process supervision quality information management,greatly improves the correctness of the information statistics and reduces the relevant personnel input and cost.The quality control of traditional engineering construction supervision has greatly improved labor productivity and achieved transformation and upgrading and high-quality development after it has been enabled by informatization and digitalization.
