The Daohu County of Sichuan province has gradually caught more and more attention because of his rich natural ecological tourist resources. After the banning of natural forest, the Daohu County proposed the concept of developing the ecological tourist economy. The develop chances present in front of the development enterprises of the tourist scenic spots. At the introduction of Lipeng, the deputy chief of Daohu County, Sichuan Guang'an Jinyi Traveling Development Limited Company planned to cooperate with the Dawu County government and Sichuan Daohu Water and Electricity Company to collectively develop the Yala Snow Mountain scenic spot in the developing and operating model of Bifeng Canyon.In November 2004, the author join the feasibility analysis proving group of Yala Snow Mountain traveling project, and mainly undertook the tasks below: traveling image planning of traveling place, product planning of traveling place, market planning of traveling place, company organization and human resources design, marketing plan making and financial plan making; the author also in charge of writing the chapters and crabbing the entire proof plan of the above tasks. 2006, at the time of graduation, the author took this proof plan as a first draft.
