Along with the company development. it inevitably causes the strategy adjustment and follows with the process adjustment and improvement. This dissertation illustrates DELL Company as an example, analyze and discuss the implementation of logistics delivery for DELL's OEM product and also put forward the enlightenments for enterprises in China.This dissertation consists of four chapters.In the first chapter, introduce the company background, the multi-industry strategy and standardization strategy.
