Planning Method Study Of City Logistics Center

In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy has improved and thegrowth of domestic and international trade of all kinds of traffic infrastructure, thedevelopment of the domestic logistics industry, the increasing urgency. In this context,governments and businesses are increasingly concerned about the pace of construction of thelogistics park, trying to figure out the best way to integrate social resources.The relation between the logistics center and city, a review of foreign, domestic logisticscenter construction and research present situation, summarizes the problems existing in theresearch. This paper uses SWOT method to analyze the logistics center location of regionallogistics development environment of the disadvantages of the logistics center; considerusing Boston matrix method to make the logistics center project in its limited resources,reasonable arrangements for the combination of its type of business; to forecast logisticsquantity using elastic coefficient method of the logistics center is established to predict thetotal scale of logistics; center model, the parameters related to the code for design of logisticscenter internal partitions are calculated, the total size of logistics center planning and zoningarea. In the Heshan modern logistics center for the analysis of the development of logistics inHeshan and geographical conditions, traffic conditions, the conditions of land resources,economic and policy environment and considering the present situation of logisticsdevelopment in Heshan area of the research object system, summed up the modern logisticscenter of Heshan development advantages and disadvantages. On Heshan modern logisticscenter logistics quantity to be applied to the prediction of elastic coefficient method.Combined with the general goal of building a modern logistics center of Heshan Park, andsummarizes the function partition principle of Heshan modern logistics center, the design ofthe logistics center partition function; according to the planning principle, design the layoutof each function zoning.
