The way to accelerate one area's economy is to layout its logistics system reasonably. Hubei has presented to construct wuhan as a regional logistics center. This thesis mainly discusses the construction of regional logistics and the possibility of wuhan regional logistics.This thesis consists of five charters as follows:Charter 1: introduces the purpose and significance of the target, tells the reasons why I choose this thesis. Also presents the concept of logistics and its history.Charter 2: analyses the general relevant conditions, gives out the achievement we have got and the problems exit in logistics.Charter 3:presents the real logistics condition of wuhan .We conclude that wuhan is a city in which industry and business trading contribute more. Especially heavy industry is more important than light industry. As for the underlay condition, road, railway and river are dominant than air and post. At last we conclude that the logistics competitiveness of wuhan is inferior.Charter 4: emphasizes the wuhan regional logistical center construction. First, it points out the necessary factors of constructing a regional logistical center. Then according to these factors, this thesis discusses where wuhan is suitable for construction.Charter 5: puts forward some measures: first, presents the logistics industrialization concept. Then introduced some logistics model and finally finds a specific model . Secondly, In order to impetuses the logistical demand, wuhan government should prop up some pillar industries. Third, wuhan should take advantage of changjiang river to develop its container transport business. Fourth, it needs to develop the third party logistics enterprises and logistics federation. In additional, it is necessary to establish a regional logistics information-shared platform.
