Research On The Financial Service Innovation & Application Of Commercial Bank

With the development of marketing competition all over the world and the coming of knowledge economic period, innovation has become the topic of the time and the important way to win the priority in competition. Service innovation is the active action for the enterprises to raise the satisfaction of customers; the power to promote the services institutions, the important means to form competition superiority, and the effective method to gain additional value.Financial industry is the typical service industry, it is the core of modern economy. Chinese finance has the most notable characters of financial policy. In the transition of china's economy today, financial service innovation is more important than before. From the perspectives of service strategy, this paper analyzes the innovations on category, character, impact, method of financial industry and the organization, regulations, culture construction of service innovation. Combined with the reality of our counties commercial banks, my paper discusses how to take the actions and promote the development of our financial service innovation.In chapter 1, the paper summarizes the service innovation, gives a definition of service innovation theoretically.
