Research On The Relationship Between The Service Innovation Integration Process Of Resources And Innovation Performance Under Environment Of Innovation Uncertainty

In the context of the rapid development of the global economy, the service industryhas become an important force for economy development; the development of theservice industry plays a crucial role in promoting the development of the economy.Technology promotes differences of the tangible products to get smaller and smaller.In order to continue to enhance its competitive advantage, company must seek servicedifferentiation, which further help to play a more important role in the futurecompetition. In order to form service differentiation and continuously improve thequality and level of service, we must pay attention to carrying out service innovationactivities. Service innovation is the main driving force for the promotion of economicdevelopment and company’s competitive advantage.Service innovation is an ongoing process, the innovation process is divided intothree stages:①the stage of forming concept;②stage of development;③stage ofprotect. There is a high degree of uncertainty from the stage of forming concept to stageof protect, thus company need to strengthen the integration of internal and externalresources to reduce the uncertainty in the service innovation process and improve theperformance of service innovation.A knowledge-intensive service enterprises as the research object, this paperexplores the relationship between the innovative resource integration process andservice innovation performance under service innovation uncertainty. Firstly, after theconcept of defining and Literature searching, the paper proposes research model;Secondly, on the basis of the literature searching, the paper proposes hypothesis; thenunder data recovery and testing hypotheses; the paper proposes study conclusions. Thestudy conclusions include that four of innovative resources integration process has apositive impact on the performance of the service innovation, service innovationenvironment of uncertainty have some regulatory role in relationship of the resourceintegration process and service innovation performance. Service innovationenvironment of uncertainty haven’t regulatory role in relationship of resourceidentification、 resource acquisition and service innovation performance; Service innovation environment of uncertainty have positive regulatory role in relationship ofresource allocation, resource utilization and service innovation performance. Especiallyunder in higher innovative uncertainties environment for knowledge-intensive serviceindustry of the knowledge of high-density and high-concealment, service innovationneed more interaction and integration of knowledge, because the allocation and efficientuse of resources promote to produce higher innovation performance.This paper helps scholar to understand the relationship and mechanism of theintegration of resources and service innovation performance under the serviceinnovation environment of uncertainty relations, and to compensate for the lack ofresearch theory.
