| In recent years, the problem about agricultural products quality safety has already became the focus of society .The asymmetrical information existing in producers, sellers and consumers is the basic reason why the problem about agricultural products quality safety exist .How to eliminate or weaken asymmetrical information existing in correlative people becomes the question which urgently to be solved. This text research this question, the main ideas are as follows:1. There exists asymmetrical information about agricultural products quality (experience goods and credence goods character) between producers, sellers and consumers, which result in adverse selection in agricultural products market and opportunism behavior of producers and sellers of agricultural products,'lemon market'is shaped, and market mechanism doesn't work. For this reason, asymmetrical information is the reason why marketing mechanism doesn't work, and the basic measure to improve agricultural products quality is to eliminate or weaken asymmetrical information. Organizational structure of agriculture and the information system of government is two mechanisms mutually supplements.2. Based on analyzing the external environment, this text points out that it is time of researching and constructing the information system about agricultural products quality safety. Target users of the information system have producers, sellers, consumers and managers of agricultural products, the purpose of designing the information system is to meet the information needs of the target users, and eliminate or weaken asymmetrical information existing in correlative people.
