A Study On The Developing Method Of Leisure Tourism Around City

People's demand for leisure is becoming one of their major demands. Meanwhile in one's daily life, the leisure tour is also becoming an essential part, and the frequent action. Because of the great disparity between towns and rural areas in China, prior to the farmers, the townspeople of China will move into a leisure era. Townspeople's great demands for leisure tour will make it possible for many rural areas around city to develop leisure tourism. The development of leisure tourism around city can benefit both the townspeople and villagers. But the tourism development in the past showed the following disadvantages: the life span of leisure tour destination is too short; the fluctuation of tourism leads to the instability of the whole economic system in destination; the unbalance between tourism operators and local residents; the unharmonious situation between the environment protecting and tourism developing. With the leisure tour around city being an important form of tourism, it is necessary for us to look for a good developing method for the leisure tourism around city.First, having studied from both the theoretical and the practical angles, the researcher concluded that townspeople's leisure tour consuming would be frequent in their daily life, and their leisure tour would be mainly carried out in the close areas to city. Meanwhile, many areas around city have advantages of developing leisure tourism. So the future of leisure tourism developing around city will be bright.Second, the writer analyzed and researched the developing history and current situation of the leisure tour in a countryside around Lanzhou, Guantangou. Found that it was the construction of the scenery zone that initiated the leisure tourism here. After the leisure tourism here moved into the developing period, it was helpful for the tourism sustainable developing that many scattered local residents take part in running the leisure tourism.At last, the developing method of leisure tourism around city was put forward in this paper as following: the tourism in rural area where the leisure tourism is potential and possible won't come into being spontaneously, it should be initiated by some external forces; after initiated, the leisure tour in rural area will move into a developing period, during this period, the internal growing motivation should be advanced, the concerned administrative departments should encourage the scattered villagers to operate the leisure tourism, guarantee their developing chances, but make it more difficult for big capitals to run leisure tourism in rural area. Then the advantages of this leisure tourism developing method were enumerated: the potential of developing leisure tourism in rural area could be changed into reality; the tourism industrial cluster that is vigorous and creative would be formed in the destination; the countryside economy could be boosted better by the leisure tour, and the multiple increase caused by tourism would be realized easily; the fluctuation of tourism could be overcome partly; the competition ability of leisure tour destination could be enhanced; and the original culture and ecology environment of destination would be protected well.
