| There are many topics in the fields of economics researching such as division evolution, transactions efficiency, scale of the firm and dynamics of the economics etc.At the same time the relationship among them is also an important factor in the researching. But because in the neo-classical economics theory the existing of the firm is the hypothesis premise, so it can not explain many phenomena in the economics development, such as :the originate of firm, the bound of firms, the scale of firms and the dynamics of the whole economics. Although many additional theories emerged recently such as: new institution economics transactions theory, integration theory, etc., but they are isolated and conflict with each other. Further more, the relationship among the division of labor, the efficiency of transactions and the firm scale is not being disclosed properly and thoroughly. All these shortcomings fall short in the explaining of the true economics surroundings. So when the neo-classical economics theory can not make a good direction, adopting the new one is a good choice.In my dissertation, new-classical economics theories are adopted and the new mathematics models are used in the new frame and the research. Moreover, fresh conclusions are appeared and novel theories are made. The up-to-date relationship between the division of labor, the efficiency of transactions and the firm scale is built; the dynamics of the whole economics is disclosed. Furthermore, I prove the irrelevance of the size of the firm which appealed by Cheung, S by using the new mathematics model. At last I point out that the basic dynamic of economy development is the division of labor, the low transaction cost, and sound institutions.The most important thing is that I have used the data of Gansu province to prove the validity of my dissertation and the new-classical economics frame. On the base of my dissertation result I give my good advices to the development of the firm and the whole economics. |
