As times go on and the development of the economic globalization, the corporate culture enjoys higher position and more important role in the development of the enterprise. Facing this situation, it is important to study the enterprise culture from every aspect.From the later of 1970's and the beginning of 1980' s to now, the enterprise culture has been changed into the important constituent of management theory and management method by the academic circles and the superintendent.
