With the growth of Chinese reform,opening up and the further development of the socialist market economy,China has entered the "Age of diversified enterprise".Enterprise culture construction to advance on an unprecedented scale in our country,in the construction of enterprise culture with the various theories.Whether it is a private enterprise,state-owned enterprises or joint ventures,adopted the approach of western economics in management,and its corresponding enterprise culture.Enterprise culture integration of the basic orientation,in the contemporary economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the shape need to conform to the characteristics of different enterprise culture,especially the two companies after m&a,if not good shape a has its own characteristic corporate culture,then the enterprise will appear split phenomenon.In recent years,with the trend of the development of the global economy,mergers and acquisitions phenomenon is increasing.In this paper,as an example,the state-owned enterprises to local private enterprises merger and acquisition of A company with B company,we discussed the CIS present situation before merger and acquisition of A company,and the enterprise culture conflict in the process of mergers and acquisitions as well as the implementation of CIS plan in the future.This article is divided into six parts,the first part is the introduction,introduced in this paper,the research background,research significance and the basic ideas and methods,this paper studies the master full text.The second part is the related theory of corporate culture.This paper expounds the connotation of enterprise image recognition system,elements and significance,summarizes the connotation and characteristics of corporate culture conflict and integration.The third part mainly elaborated before A company merger and acquisition enterprise culture present situation and problem analysis.Mainly introduces and analyzes the general situation of the development of the company,the current situation of the CIS before m&a.And after the acquisition of cultural conflict.The fourth part elaborated based on CIS A after merger,the company's enterprise culture integration design,put forward to adapt to the A company's CIS design again.The fifth part is the integration of A company after the implementation of the enterprise culture construction scheme.The sixth part is the conclusion of the paper,summarize the research achievements of this thesis.This article from the connotation of enterprise culture construction,features and related theory,combined with A company import the significance of corporate image recognition system,this paper discusses the enterprise image recognition system and the relative importance of enterprise development.
