Corporate culture is studied, which is advantageous in raising the Chinese enterprise's management level and has the strong theory value and the practice value.This article takes the China Yangtze power co,.ltd which is a large state-owned joint-stock company as the research object, carries on the investigation and the diagnosis to the present corporate culture situation of CYPC and then proposes the improvement measure. In the article, first elaborates connotation and the function of the corporate culture and its correlated; second, on the one hand , it analyzes enterprise culture construction present situation of Chinese power industry. It finds some questions for example belittling enterprise culture; enterprise culture lacks selfhood. on the other hand, it analyzes the survey data of CYPC enterprise culture.
