In current international and domestic landscape, the DK institution, a national corporation researching and producing Government Issue, is facing tremendous organizational change. It has been an important difficult problem for the leaders how to successfully implement organizational change. This paper begins with the challenge of organizational change, and discusses the relationship of organization change and organizational training.
