Research On The Influence Of Training Input On Organizational Performance Based On Organizational Learning

With the continuous decline in the traditional resources advantage and constantlyconfusion on training utility by business managers, the key to success is to find the rightdirection to create more innovative training methods for a traditional manufacturingenterprise. Thus, choose the fast development traditional manufacturing enterprises andstudy the influence mechanism of training on organizational performance based on themediation effect of organizational learning is more representative.Based on the mediation effect of organizational learning, the main purpose of thisstudy was to explore the effect of training input on organizational performance fortraditional manufacturing enterprise. On the basis of personal interview and existingresearch, this research first developed the Initial scales and made a small sampleinvestigation. Trough the reliability and validity analysis, we finally got the formal scales.Then via the field survey of17subsidiaries of Luoyang Citic Heavy Industries andLuoyang YTO Corporation, we picked369valid questionnaires of480questionnaires andanalysed them by the statistical software of SPSS17.0and LISREL8.51. The mainconclusions are as follows:The main effect of enterprise training on organizational performance is not significantfor traditional manufacturing enterprises; The enterprise training has a positive influenceon organizational learning; The organizational learning has a positive influence onorganizational performance; To traditional manufacturing enterprises, the relationshipbetween training input and organizational performance is completely mediated byorganizational learning.
