A modern enterprise in a rapidly changing market and diversified environment,facing increasingly fierce competition,market competition and competition is also the enterprise human capital,the human capital of the enterprise readiness and ability of employees are related to whether the enterprise could seize and finally succeed in market competition.In order to occupy an advantageous position in the competition,some enterprises begin to consider the reform of human resources management and re planning of the human resources system,so that it play a greater role in the development of enterprises.The training work is generally relatively weak part of the human resources activities,and training is an important way for enterprises to enhance the ability of the staff,the staff also pay more attention to the enterprise can provide for personal occupation development,continuing to enhance the ability of training opportunities.DR group is a company with twenty-five years history of the development of IT company,has long attached great importance to the work of human resources,especially human resources development continues,as a key element to achieve and enhance the competitive ability of enterprise human resource value.With the development of the market and after the addition of new employees,DR group,the traditional human resources system of training needs to be adjusted and re designed to meet the requirements of enterprise development for training.On the one hand,with the Internet in the work and life of the accelerated penetration and 90 new generation employees join,reflects the network life and high degree of integration,rich media era to choose more consumption,more make employees learn and carry out self enhancement behavior,and less dependent on the training system to provide more and more.The company provides training is not only to promote individual ability,have certain management functions,to rely on the training of publicizing organization requirements,in order to achieve the purpose of promoting organizational performance,therefore,the human resources management of DR group is facing to the design and implementation of a new challenge-DR group training system.Adhere to the theory and practice,in domestic and overseas training theory,analyzes the training system model with DR group as the research object,and the current situation of DR group training and the problems,analyze the causes of the historical development and the problems of the training system was redesign,and the safeguard measures were set and the training effect evaluation work.At the same time also saw the training of new trends in the analysis process,flexible ways,social learning based on Internet,training more and more applications in the enterprise human resources in other areas,to provide support for human resource management and enterprise development.
