With the development of the knowledge, economy and society, and the advent of the post-industrial era, human beings, as the carrier of knowledge, information and technology, have gradually replaced the funds and equipment, and become the key factor that affects the competitiveness of enterprises. As the most important link of the enterprise’s human resources strategy, the training of the new-comers concerns with the sustainable development of the enterprise. Along with the rapid development of Internet technology, enterprise’s training based on the Internet has become an inevitable trend of enterprise’s training of the new-comers in the information era.Organizational socialization refers to the course of the new employee socialization to adapt their behaviors and attitudes of learning to the organization’s values, organizational objectives and behavioral norms. The research on the staffs’ socialization of organization is the focus of Western organizational behaviorist. Its result has significant and realistic importance to the human resource management and training of the enterprise. Based on the latest domestic and foreign researches of the socialization of organization, from the perspective of theory of organizational socialization, with the method of systematic analysis, this thesis interprets the course of different kind of new-comers’adaption and integration into the surroundings of organization. What is more, by using the method of empirical research, the thesis examines the problems of the training and E-training of the new-comers in the enterprise, and studies the important factors influenced the degree of organizational integration of the new-comers. And according to the conclusion of this thesis, the enterprise’s method and the content of the E-training to the new-comers will be systematically designed from the level of scene, content and society.
