Community-tourism is a kind of new tourism model with tourist industry developing. It instructs tourism development with mutualism theory of community, and seeks coordination unify of economic benefits, environmental benefit and social benefit in community development and tourism development. Under the background of that our country recommends constructing the harmonious society, it is an important exploration to realize the harmonious development of community-tourism.Community-tourism development is the systematic optimization integration with tourism and community, its biggest characteristic is that it is indivisibly between community, resident and tourism development. So it forms complicated stakeholders, including community management organization, tourist enterprise, community residents, tourist, and so on, whom influences each other in economy, culture, life that caused by tourism development. Stockholder's" intercommunication relationship" forms the internal operation mechanism and basic guarantee of community-tourism.This research aims at harmonious developing, trying to use social communication theory to explain the communication relationship of stakeholders in community-tourism. And then creates harmonious communication mode to solve the contradictory relationship of stakeholders, Promote the forming of the harmonious relationship of stakeholders. Finally, this research will find a way to achieve the co-prosperity of tourism and community development based on harmonious communication mode.
