In recent years,community participation in tourism development has become an important part of tourism research, not only to increase the economic benefits of community residents, but also to eliminate the negative impact of tourism and for the democratization of tourism development are of great significance. A large number of studies have shown that only community-based research that can correctly handle the relationship between tourism and the community in order to promote tourism to sustainable development. This article selects the Xianghai Mongolian countryside of JiLin province as the research object, community participation in theory applied to the Xianghai in this special tourism destination, in order to explore a can promote the tourism development and community in the path of sustainable development.This paper combining theory and sustainable tourism development of community participation in tourism development,from the angle of the community,through the interview and questionnaire analysis,to summarizes the current community residents to participate in the situation of tourism,research the tourist perception of the community residents,analyzes the influential factors of residents in tourism. From the incentive mechanism , the establishment of the ability to participate in training, profit distribution, and the community residents of training and policy Suggestions in such aspects as measures are put forward. According to the current community participation stage,to the countryside construction of community participation in tourism development main mode,including management mode, environmental protection, participatory planning decision-making model and the community culture pattern. Finally,draw conclusions and puts forward the future research directions.
