Research On The Personal Finance Innovation Of Commercial Banks In China

With the development of social economy and the increase of income level, people's personal financial awareness is increasing. Nowadays personal financial business items such as brokerage of insurance, fund and bond are becoming familiar to people gradually. However, with the acceleration of the international economic integration and financial globalization, personal finance also needs to be innovated constantly.Taking Shanghai area as the subject of the study, which is typical in domestic personal financial business, this thesis analyses the differences between domestic and foreign personal financial services through comparing the present condition of the development of their personal financial business, and then points out the major problems and obstacles of China's commercial banks carrying on personal financial services and expounds the aspects of innovating personal finance of our country, and finally puts forward some suggestions on how to innovate the personal finance of our country.This thesis is divided into five parts.Chapter I deals with the definition of personal finance, the main content of China's commercial banks' personal financial services, and the necessity of carrying on personal financial services in commercial banks in China.Chapter II discusses the development of the personal financial services of foreign commercial banks, including the origin, development and characteristics of personal finance, and the services of some foreign commercial banks that supply high-quality personal financial services.Chapter III introduces the development of domestic personal financial business, involving its development process, causes, present condition and characteristics, and details the business status of some commercial banks in Shanghai.Chapter IV mainly analyses the major problems of domestic personal financial business through comparative analysis of the personal financial services of domestic and foreign commercial banks, and the main obstacles and the favorable conditions of China's commercial banks...
