Study On Strategy Of Eco-economic Development In Pinggu Beijing

This paper studies the ecological economy in Pinggu, Beijing, starting with the District's present social economical situations, ecological situations, industry situations and the challenges it is faced with, then, according to the inherent requirement for recycle economy, making use of the industry ecology study method and combining such conditions as nature , humanity , society , economy , etc. as well as the macro-development-strategy of Pinggu. It also brings forward a new strategy project for the ecological economy development in Pinggu and makes some suggestions about how to develop ecological industry.This paper has the following as the purposes: 1) to promote the transformation of Pinggu's original economy development into ecotype, based on the principle of keeping the entironment while carrying on the industrial selection and optimization to popularize the green production of fruits and vegetables, to reduce the industrial consumption of energy and water and its sewage, and to encourage the clean production so that the tourism and real estate can be well united with the right entironment. thus realizing the ecological development of the integrated industry in Pinggu: 2) to promote the construction of ecotype habitation in Pinggu. We should emphasize the protection of ecological environment and improve the entironment in the countryside in order to enhance the virescence and decontamination there, thus establishing a corresponding lifestyle. And we should father the pollution in the New City of Pinggu completely in the air quality, water environment, solid wastes and noise, combined with the city alteration and landscape design, to build a high-quality habitation city in the Capital: 3) to promote the urban construction of resource-saving. Set as a model the energy-saving construction of government framework, strengthen the supervision on the investment in the large-scale public energy-saving facilities, use new construction material, improve the efficiency of land utilization, advocate water-saving of life and production, promote normal water's retrieval and utilization, realize a new economy-increase method and life style with low consumption of energy and water, low pollution while with high efficiency, thus making the district a model city of resource-saving in the Capital.The contents of this paper mainly include: studies on the theoretical foundation of ecological economic development of Pinggu District, the basic features of its ecosystem, the practical analysis on the harmonious relationship between its ecological environment and economy development, its ecological economy development strategy, the case analysis on its ecological industry development-take big peach as an example, and also the suggestions of accelerating development of its ecological economy.The methods taken for the study have the following: data collection and compilation, investigation of the fields, combination of ration and qualitative analysis, and informal discussions and consultation, especially with local leaders and experts.This paper's main innovation and characteristics lie in that: 1) it summarizes the theoretical foundation of ecological economic development systematically, and from the perspective of ecological city, ecological area, visual field of ecological economic construction, based on Pinggu's reality, it also proposes the theoretical foundation of ecological economic development of the district: 2) it analyzes the natural...
