The Influence Factors Of The Forestry Ecological Construction And Countermeasures

China has paid a high ecological cost.in the process of realizing industrialization, urbanization and modernization. At present, the ecological problems is still one of the most prominent problems in China’s sustainable development, ecological products in today’s society has become one of the most shortage of products.The eighteenth National Congress of the Party puts forward the ecological civilization construction as an important part of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics, the development of forestry is the important foundation of ecological civilization construction of the important way and important tasks,,an emphasis and difficulty of the ecological civilization. Pinggu district is located in northeast of Beijing, which is Beijing’s ecological green screen. As ecological headwater of Beijing, the ecological function can not be replaced. Forestry ecological construction in Pinggu District is of great significance for improving ecological environment of Beijing and its surrounding, improving the capacity of ecological conservation and maintaining regional ecological safety, realizing the regional development and ecological conservation protection.This paper apply the basic theory and method of economics and management, through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, to research and analysis forestry ecological construction situation and existing problems in Pinggu district, and build the Pinggu district forestry ecological construction development influence factor index system, analyzing index weight using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp), AHP6.0 software is adopted to define the Pinggu district forestry ecological construction development impact factor of each index weight, and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for further evaluation. And through the normative analysis,put forward countermeasures and suggestions about Pinggu district forestry ecological construction development, innovation of forestry ecological construction management system, increase the forestry ecological construction investment, create favorable environment conditions, improve services, increase the whole society’s awareness of the forestry ecological construction, Pinggu district, in order to solve the problems faced by forestry ecological construction development.Construction of ecological civilization is a matter of national long-term development and well-being of the people’s livelihood. Forestry has strong ecological function, economic function, social function, is related to the ecological security, fresh water security, species security, climate security, and people’s life and health, survival and development. This research can provide decision-making reference about how to strengthen forestry ecology construction for the government at all levels.
