A Study On The Legalization Of Ecological Economy In Wuhan

Although the economic development has achieved remarkable results after nearly 40 years of reform and opening up the development,Wuhan still faces problems: the industrial structure is not reasonable,the way of economic development is not perfect and the legalization of ecological economy is effectively strengthened.How to protect the health of the ecological economy from the four aspects of legislation,law enforcement,judicature and the rule of law education is particularly important under the concept of "green development".This paper is divided into the following five parts.The first part is the introduction which introduces s the research background and significance of this paper,research status,research methods,possible innovations and shortcomings.Mainly for several basic concepts such as ecological economy,the rule of law,the legalization of ecological economy made a concrete interpretation of these concepts and related concepts were analyzed in the second part.The third part mainly analyzes the present situation of the legalization of ecological economy in Wuhan,and analyzes the relevant causes of the problem.The fourth part mainly introduces the experience of legalization of ecological economy at home and abroad,and provides experience for the rule of law of ecological economy in Wuhan.The fifth part starts from the four aspects of legislation,law enforcement,judicial and rule of law education,and puts forward the following suggestions for the development of the rule of law of ecological economy in Wuhan: formulate the Regulations on Accelerating the Transformation of Economic Development Mode and Promoting the Development of Ecological Economy,Regulations,"to improve the development of ecological enterprises to promote the relevant laws and regulations,improve pollution prevention and ecological protection and other aspects of the Ordinance,proposed the development of" Wuhan City,ecological and environmental protection compensation approach ",improve the administrative law enforcement agencies,increase law enforcement and punishment,Mechanism and decision-making mechanism,strengthen the trial of intellectual property cases,improve the legal system of public interest litigation,increase the implementation of the efforts to undermine the ecological environment,strengthen the mutual cooperation of the judiciary,strengthen the ecological and economic rule of law propaganda,ecological knowledge of the rule of law curriculum structure.
