| The enterprises cluster is one of the important models of regional economy development. With 20-year's gestation and development, some new changes are shown inside the enterprise clusters in many places in China. And the most important change is the spatial expansions of the clustered enterprises are more and more actively. However, the spatial expansion is an inevitable growth trend of the clustered enterprises within the open economy situation. In this paper, the author analyzes the spatial expansion mechanism of clustered enterprises and makes a practical research on the low voltage electricity apparatus clustered enterprises in Liushi City for the first time. It will not only add to the existing theories on the enterprises cluster and the enterprises' spatial expansion, but also offer a practical direction for the strategic planning of clustered enterprises' spatial expansion.In the theory part of this paper, the author discusses the spatial expansion mechanism of clustered enterprises systematically, using the basic theories on regional economy, industrial economy and western economy, together with the theories on enterprise cluster and the new developments and conclusions of the theory on international production compromise. While in the empiric part, collectivity and individual analysis, questionnaire and field researches are used to analyze the spatial expansion mechanism of the clustered enterprises empirically.The paper is organized as follows:Firstly, the author makes definitions for clustered enterprise and spatial expansion mechanism of clustered enterprises.
