| Job satisfaction and organizational commitment are the important concept in the study domain of human resource management and organization behavior, and the theorists and the business have attached importance to them all the while. How to enhance the staff's job satisfaction, and how to enhance the staff's organizational commitment, then prompt them exerting their potential while they are working, bring the biggest benefit for the enterprise, are the important questions that need discussion and solution urgently.This article take the knowledge workers as the specific object, to understand the basic status of knowledge workers'job satisfaction and organizational commitment in China, to discuss the connection between job satisfaction and organization commitment. The findings indicated that, at present, the knowledge workers'job satisfaction is above the medium level, and the knowledge workers'organization commitment is in the medium level. Obviously, the knowledge workers'job satisfaction and organization commitment all need the further enhancement. At the same time, the research demonstrated that, there are the remarkable pertinences between the job satisfaction to work itself and the affective commitment, the job satisfaction to repays and lead behavior and the affective commitment, the job satisfaction to colleague relation and the affection commitment, furthermore, the job satisfaction to work itself, the job satisfaction to repays and lead behavior and the job satisfaction to colleague relation are the forecast standard to affection commitment. There is the prominent pertinence between the job satisfaction to work itself and the normative commitment, and the job satisfaction to work itself could be used to be the forecast standard to normative commitment. There is the marked pertinence between the job satisfaction to work itself and the continuance commitment, and the job satisfaction to work itself could dope out the continuance commitment. And there are the remarkable pertinences between the job satisfaction to colleague relation and the struggling commitment, between the job satisfaction to work itself and the struggling commitment, at the same time, the job satisfaction to colleague relation and the job satisfaction to work itself could be used to dope out the struggling commitment.
