The emergency of knowledge-based economy has caused great changes in the field of labor market, and knowledge workers are becoming an important type of employee.Knowledge capital is the most important value to a company. So it is critical to attract, retain and encourage knowledge workers.Job Satisfaction reflects individual's attitude to his work. Job satisfaction affect productivity, staff turnover rate, it plays an important role in organizational and personal performance. Job Satisfaction is becoming a hot research field. This study attempts to explore structure of Job Satisfaction of knowledge workers in Guangzhou foreign banks and the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment.The questionnaire survey on the use of 397 knowledge workers in Guangzhou foreign banks, conduct data collection and use of exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, variance analysis, regression analysis and other statistical methods to explain job satisfaction and explores the relationship between organizational commitments. The conclusions are as follows:(1) Job satisfaction of knowledge workers in Guangzhou foreign banks is comprised of four factors:promotion satisfaction, pay satisfaction, staff satisfaction and supervisor satisfaction. The reliability and validity of the scale were high enough.(2) Job satisfaction of knowledge workers in Guangzhou foreign banks has a positive influence on organizational commitment.(3) There are significant differences on the four factors of job satisfaction and among demographic.
