To discover, judge, promote the enterprise value are three major problems which in the economic society the people cared about generally. This is because the enterprise owners, the enterprise creditors, the enterprise staff, the government as well as the investors all have extremely close relationship with the enterprise value. We knew that, the affects factor of enterprise value to be very many, this is said that the enterpriser facing the promotion enterprise value question which how acts appropriately to the situation. So this article aims at the enterprise value promotion question, attempts to analyze many affect factors of the enterprise value, discovers the key affects the Xinjiang enterprise value promotion, thus provides the related countermeasure suggestion.In this article, its core thought is through to the factor analysis, obtains the way of Xinjiang enterprise value promotion. First, this article from nine aspects introduced factors, establishes the enterprise value promotion the scientific target system. Then, this article the nation goes on the listed company annual report index of correlation data with the factor analysis to 2004 to carry on the analysis, concentrates 6 common factors from 15 targets, explained dynamics achieves 84.1%. Next is this article center, we use the weighted average the method to obtain national, Xinjiang and the Guangdong Province six common factors and the enterprise value synthesis average levels, then through the comparative analysis, Xinjiang's target with the national target average level comparison, Xinjiang's target same rate of Guangdong Province target will carry on the comparison, will discover the difference of the different local enterprise value influence factor the difference. Then through the difference which analyzes, provides the policy suggestion to the Xinjiang enterprise. Last part is a conclusion, not only is a summary which analyzes to front, also will be to a future forecast.
