With the commerce globalization and the coming of knowledge economy age, the informational wave impacts the whole traditional enterprises. Computer integrated manufacturing system, targeting at profit of enterprise, is developing sequentially. Computer integrated manufacturing system is extended to process enterprise, which contemporary integrated manufacturing system of process enterprise. Computer integrated processing system induces production scheduling, plan optimization, business management and decision into computer control system, making market consciousness and optimized control combining. It is necessary trend of process industry automation.By studying production plan and control of process enterprise, the thesis strengths active cost control in course of production plan and control with respect to the feather of process enterprise production plan. Based of Computer integrated processing system principle, an optimized system model of process enterprise production plan is brought forth on research of process enterprise production management integrated frame from the view of system modeling. Each sub model is analyzed in the thesis, as well as enterprise production plan management model and shop management model.The thesis researches deeply on arithmetic relevant of process enterprise production plan. It focuses mainly on plan sequencing of flexible process enterprise prevailing. The result is proved by practice and puts into effect.In the basis of research on optimized model and arithmetic of process production plan, it is developed that process enterprise production plan and control system of a system. The system is put into practice in practical process enterprise.
