| With the globalization of economy and the rapid development of information technology, the stringent market competition and individualization requirements make today's manufacturing enterprises facing drastic challenges, and the great changes of production management mode have being taking place. The variety of enterprise environment needs the production system to be an agile and double-quick system. To adapt the enterprise environment changes, the Extended Enterprises based of networked manufacturing theory is just one type of production organization nodes which can improve the enterprise's agility and response quickly to the customer's requirements. But there are many differences between the new production organization method and traditional enterprise's production management on the production plan. This paper has made researches and discusses about the production plan of Extended Enterprise-a new pattern production mode. So it's practically important to do research and discussion in this field.This paper started at introduction of connotation and production organization mode of Extended Enterprise, and analyzed under the network production environment with in the traditional production pattern contrast foundation enterprise's characteristic, and inspected extended enterprise's running platform.
