According to the general tendency of the development of enterprise culture in 21st century, more and more intense attention will be paid on enterprise culture. Thus while the world green call and the green demand rise increasingly, the research on the green culture management is becoming more important. The study of the green culture management, is not only with the vital significance, in promoting the continuous development of social economy, exchanging the way of economic growth from extensive pattern to intensive pattern, improving the capacity of competition and economic benefit of the company, and accelerating the international business. Moreover, the research has another significant importance in enriching and developing the Science of Enterprise Management.In addition to the late start of the green culture management in Chinese enterprise, the foundation of our economy and technology is weak, so our country is still at the primary stage neither on theoretic research nor on managing practice. We should confirm in the gotten achievement, but at the same time, we must realize the existing problems of our enterprise in green culture running and managing practice. For instance, mostly enterprise hasn't realized that the green culture serves as a long term safeguard for their further development and an important influential element of their economic benefit and social ecological benefit. Green products haven't gotten attention and their price is too high. Our enterprise lacks of the sense of brand, concerns not on the building of their own brand, but on immediate interest.
