On account of the economic globalization and development of the free trade, tariff barriers and the traditional non-tariff barriers is restricted by the terms and agreement of free trade gradually. Under this circumstances, some developed country like USA, Japan and EU now are using GTB(green trade barrier) which is more hidden, opaque and unpredictable to prevent the overseas product. Most of our trade partners are developed country, so the validity of GBT bring us a lot of negative influences. Green marketing theory provide us the way to solve this problem exactly, we can prove this through the theory and economic analysis, but there still some other problems exist, like the green demand is not strong enough, the green consume notion is not sink deep into hearts of people, and the operation of the green marketing strategic is not thoroughly. All this are we now facing and need to be solved, on the basis of the previous article, I summarized the theory of GTB, Green Marketing and other author's viewpoint, put forward the limitations of our own economic to carry out green marketing strategic, explaining the final way to solve all this question is to get technical progress. And try to give the solution of how to reduce the limitations, how to get technical progress and how to make sure the green marketing strategy's operation goes well. The range of this research is expanded.
