Logistics has already become the popular industry in the new century, and become the newest profit fountainhead which various merchants pursue. Taking this into consideration, third party logistics enterprise which is specially engaged in logistics appeared. When the third party logistics enterprise develop to the certain scale, it could establish inevitably its own distribution center, moreover the distribution centers will play a decisive part in the operation of the entire enterprise. Therefore, establishing the decision support system (DSS) of the distribution center to instruct the decision-making correctly is extremely essential.This paper unifies the characteristics of the distribution center of the third party enterprise, established the entire model of the decision support system. Firstly, I discussed separately the characteristic of the third party logistics, the theories about the distribution center and the theories of decision support system theory, then in this foundation, I discussed three structures decision support system of center from the whole to the piecemeal.The DSS of distribution centre includes three parts—the database, the model base and the man-machine interactive system. This paper established the relations database of distribution; In the three parts of DSS, we especially take the model base establishment as the key point, this paper established the selected location model of distribution center, the demand analysis model, the stock control model, the transportation question model and the cargo installing model; The man-machine interactive system is the user and the system communication medium, and it is playing the connection user and the system role.
