As a kind of unique territory resource, tourism resources are playing an important role day and day in the modern economic life. It is the most important foundation and precondition of development of tourism industry. An impersonal and reasonable evaluation which is on the base of a general tourism resources investigation could makes the resources well developed and preserved, and makes the maximal economic and societal benefit as well.At the present time, doing the tourism resources investigation work mainly by traditional methods, for example, visiting the work area. But it has limitations of terrain, traffic, and therefore in this paper the author tries to use the remote sensing technology to do tourism resources work and makes an evaluation on the base of the investigation result.Through the theme--the application of remote sensing technology, try to make a clearview of tourism resources investigation and evaluation to the people.The paper has six parts, in the first part, they show the signification and the research status of using remote sensing in tourism resources investigation and evaluation both in domestic and overseas; In the second part, they introduce the position, natural and societal situation of Black Bamboo Valley scenery area; and the third and fourth parts are the main body of the paper, they explain how to use the satellites' photos, how to setup a interpretation symbol and how to pick-up the information that we want, and than the author makes the tourism resources classified and chooses some important of them made an evaluation. In the fifth part there is a 3D model of the study area and the last part is the conclusion of the paper.
