Research On The Development Of Bamboo Wellness Tourism Resources From The Sensory Experience Perspective

Nowadays,with the improvement of people’s living standards and the gradual popularization of leisure tourism,the traditional form of tourism has not been able to meet people’s needs,tourists began to pursue the form of high quality and depth of experience,and the sensory experience which as the most direct and basic form of consumer experience has been popular gradually in the era of experience economy.In addition,with the accelerated pace of life and the promotion of health awareness,wellness tourism which as a new type of tourism is gradually favored by the market with a flourish growth.And the bamboo forest which with the superior natural environment and rich wellness resources won a broad development prospect in market.At present,the development of bamboo forest tourism in China is experiencing bottlenecks,so under the national background of promoting the development of forest experience and forest wellness,how to fully make use of the fine wellness tourism resources of bamboo forest,develop bamboo wellness tourism industry,stimulate the productivity of bamboo forest tourism,and promote the innovation,green development and sustainable development of bamboo forest tourism,which should be an important topic in developing the bamboo forest tourism.Firstly,the paper is based on the previous studies,reviewed the relevant research literature on sensory experience of tourism,forest wellness tourism and bamboo forest tourism,defined three core concepts of sensory experience of tourism,bamboo wellness tourism and tourism resources development,explained three theories of experience economy theory,sustainable development theory,tourism’s six components theory and the knowledge of smart tourism enhancing travel experience.Secondly,based on abundant bamboo forest tourism resources of China,the present development situation of natural bamboo tourism resources and cultural bamboo tourism resources in China is discussed,and the development potential and value of bamboo wellness tourism resources from the sensory experience perspective which are vision,hearing,smell,touch,taste and realizing of visitors is analyzed.Thirdly,chosen the China Bamboo Sea scenic spot and Bamboo Garden of Anji in Zhejiang province as the survey area,to investigate the cognition,willingness and expectation of tourists on the development of bamboo wellness tourism resources from the sensory experience perspective,took methods of reliability and validity analysis,descriptive statistics analysis,and linear regression analysis to analyze the survey statistics,and the results show that the cognition,willingness and expectation of tourists on the development of bamboo wellness tourism resources from the sensory experience perspective is good,and the willingness and expectation of the tourists on the development of bamboo wellness tourism from the sensory experience perspective which can be promoted by enhancing the cognition of tourists.Finally,based on the six components of tourism which including catering,accommodation,transportation,sightseeing,shopping and entertainment,the suggestions for the creative and smart development of bamboo wellness tourism resources from the six sensory experience perspective are analyzed,and then the bamboo wellness tourism model is given.The research is aimed to provide visitors with a full range,three-dimensional experience and deep health of bamboo wellness tourism environment,and find a new form of development for the bamboo forest tourism during its transition period.
