Research On Human-Capital Investment And Workforce Employment Difficulties In China

With the establishment & development of the market economy system of our country ,as well as the transformation of economic growth mode from extensive style to intensive style,on one hand, the factors of information, knowledge, human capital will play a great role in the economic growth and gradually become the key element of economic development; On the other hand, the difficulties of the employment faced the workforce demonstrate the characteristic and contradiction of microcosmic & macroscopic , total amount & structure , the short-term & the long -term that coexisted, the pressure on employment is becoming more severe. Economic growth and solving-employment become two strategic tasks which our country faces at present, they are not only concern the whole people's common prosperity , sustainable development of economy, but also concern the realization of the grand goal of well-off society of comprehensive construction. So that, under the situation that the traditional employment-way fails to really realize valid employment, it have enormous social & economic benefit and realistic meaning to explore the new way to solve the employment difficulties under the new economic growth style. The thesis is based on the supports from domestic and international ripe theory of employment & human capital theory, made use of research way that combine the quantitative analytical method with the qualitative analytical method. On the basis of the current situation of the human capital of our country and employment difficulties, through analyzing in depth the relation between human capital & its investment and economic growth, relation between economic growth and workforce's employment, relation between human capital investment (including knowledge capital , health capital and workforce flow capital investment) and workforce employment, it prove the human capital & its investment is the more effective channel and the core force to solve the employment difficulties of our country under the newly economic and employment environment.
