China is a developing country。On the Center Enterprises'Science & Technology Conference, April 23, 2006, Li rongrong, the director of National Assets Management Committee (NAMC), said that, 168 center enterprises in China possess 30520 patens, and the figure is less than Canon Company. In fact"Developing country"is the circumbendibus name of dropped country. The major difference between China and developed country is not resource gift but the different technology level. As for resource gift, Japan's resource is less than China, but it can develop a developed country after World War II, the key factor is technology innovation. If China wants to become a developed country, it should reduce the difference of technology.Enterprises are important procession to construct and develop socialism market economy in China. They act important function in activating market, satisfying people's living, producing demands, enlarging employment, increasing income and economic increasing. This essay attempts study the questions and their causes about SMES'technology innovation, then finds the available approach to carry technology innovation. The charm of technology innovation must display incisively and vividly.This essay analyzes the technology innovation mechanism of enterprises systematically from the concept of technology innovation, theory, circulating mechanism, organization, cooperative innovation, innovation inspiriting, and choice of innovation stratagem. Furthermore, this paper analyzed the innovation behaviors and incentive of enterprises, and found new angle of view.
