Research On Interaction Mechanism Of Organization Innovation And Technology Innovation Based On Evolutionary Theory

In fact, from the mid-20th century till now, along with science's and technology's swift development and the widespread application of scientific and technical achievement, the science socialization's speed has grown obviously. Therefore, the technology innovation as the core of technology advancement takes more and more prominent effect on the economic growth. How to realize the self-breakthrough and the reform innovation is the key issue for the enterprise to survive and develop in the fierce change market environment.Organization innovation and technology innovation are two main organic part of the innovation system in enterprise. Technology innovation can improve the research condition, development ability and the basic R&D qualities; meanwhile, the organization innovation can enhance the ability of adapting to the environment, and improve the quality of organization behavior by influence external environment effectively. How to combine technology innovation and organization innovation organically, and finally achieve a comprehensive, systematic, effective innovation has become the prevalent problem for enterprise managers and theory researchers.This paper mainly studies the interaction menchanism of influce and relationship between organization innovation and technology innovation. Firstly, based on the analysis of the innovation situations of Chinese high-tech enterprises and the theorical research on the innovation evolution, this paper points out the importance of the co-evolution between organization innovation and technology innovation and also make a summary and conclusion of foreign and domestic research on its related topic. Secondly, through the researches on the organization innovation evolution process and technology innovation evolution process respectively, the models of organization innovation and technology innovation are introduced and then build up the theory model of interaction mechanism between organization innovation and technology innovation. Thirdly, through the deep research on the interrelationship between organization innovation and technology innovation, based on the statstics from research questionairres, the system dynamic simulation model of interaction mechanism between organization innovation and technology innovation is setted up on Powersim Studio 7. Finnaly, through the case study to provide some suggestions and recommandations in order to promote the co-evolution between organization innovation and technology innovation and then estimate it by system dynamic model.Based on the above research, this paper indicates the evolution processes of organization innovation and technology innovation and analyzes the interaction mechanism between organization innovation and technology innovation. And this kind of research will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the whole innovation system in enterprises and promote the sustainable development for the enterprises.
