The small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the important part of our national economy. The activity of the SMEs reflects to a certain extent the activity of the a country or a region, so the countries that have developed successfully all lay an importance on the SMEs.The paper is focused on the key financial problems that restrict the development of SMEs.
