Strategy Research On The Development Of TPL In Guizhou

The third party logistics (TPL) mainly means a mode of business by the logistics enterprise that is beyond of provider and consumers of commodity. The TPL resulted from the division of labor of society, based on the theory of dealing cost and the division of labor of society.There saw the bright tendency in high growth, great potential for the world TPL market. The TPL has played important role in speeding the development of logistics industry by its achieving third kind of profit in cutting down the cost. Now the development for TPL in China is at its initial stage with the tendency of being increasing rapidly at its volume.The paper put forward that the period of 11th five year plan is very important historic stage for the development of TPL industry in Guizhou, with the four bright opportunities and four better conditions to support the industry, and at same time with 3 great kinds of need for the TPL, after carefully analyzing favorable factors and several types of difficulties and problems to hinder the TPL, the paper also brief planed main aims and tasks in the development of TPL in next five years and 15 years respectively, made a series suggestions of policies that should be carried out by the government.
