A Study On The Evaluating System Of Incubation Ability For Technology Business Incubator In China

As the special technology industry service organization, technology business incubator appears its unique function and the potential, like:fastly and highly effective transforming the technical resources into the social productive forces; cultivating the small technical enterprises to success starts and undertake with the rapid growth; accelerating the adjustment in industrial structure of areas and countries; developing the high-tech industry, transforming the tradition industry, creating new employment opportunities. In these aspects it already appears its unique capabilities and the potential, it is now becoming the important method of all countries' government to impel the economy and continue to develop.In China, the development of the technology business incubator have already aroused a more widespread interest in our country's theory and industry, and it also becomes the focus of theorists'concern because of analyzing its evaluating system. As a systematic and comprehensively article, it has combed and analyzed our country's business incubator construction development present situation, and especially pointed out the evaluating system for business incubator construction level of our country from the standpoint of to be hatched enterprises that will enter the business incubator. Then, the dissertation analyses these indicators by Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP), and finally, it calculates scores by means of the data of Lanzhou technology business incubators, which can help the hatching enterprises in choosing their own business incubator.The dissertation consists of seven chapters. Chapter I described the main research background, the research status at home and abroad, and major research methods of the papers. Chapter II analyzed the basic theory of technology business incubator, including incubator's basic concepts, type, and function, and described incubation capability of technology business incubator, and the connection and differences between incubation capability and performance. Chapter III mainly outlined the history and development and the basic achievement of technology business incubators in China. Chapter IV constructed incubation performance evaluation system of science and technology business incubator from the standpoint of to be hatched enterprises, and establishes a evaluation model to calculate weigh based on AHP. Chapter V analysed and demonstrates the evaluation model in chapter IV based on the technology business incubators in Lanzhou. Chapter VI proposed some suggestions to improve technology business incubator hatching ability from the point of hatching enterprise. At last, the dissertation summarized the research results.
