From Incubator To Accelerator-Researching In New Stage Of Incubator

Business incubator has developing for about 60 years,and the promoter action of incubator to small-sized enterprises has shown,as a result,that achieving the promotion of the regional economies and employment goal.On the other hand,in developing process,business incubator has exposed some problem,for instance,some graduated small enterprises from incubator dies early.Incubator is the foundation of accelerator, the customs of accelerator are graduated small enterprises from incubator,the accelerator can provide them the target-oriented and various aspects service,so that survival percentage of them can be enhanced,and they can develop quickly.This paper researches process from the incubator to the accelerator,and analyzes the development process and direction of accelerator by theory and evidence research. So as to make recommendations for the future development of enterprise accelerator in China.To resolve the problems of business incubator,this paper first introduce the history of the developed business incubator,and inspiration for Chinese development of business incubator.Then through the presentation of the development and characteristics of Chinese business incubator,illustrating the location which the development of Chinese business incubator in developed business incubator is from single incubator to system incubator.Second,this paper mentions the accelerator, introduces process from business incubator to accelerator and the operation pattern and problems of accelerator.Last,this paper puts forward the proposal which is the government must broaden the financing channels and clarify its property rights and standard the operation pattern of accelerator.Innovation of this paper is researching the process of business incubator to accelerator,which is internal convergence method and External convergence method. Then this paper explains the relationship between incubator and accelerator,which is Business incubator and accelerator server different stages of the small and medium-sized enterprise,they have difference and connection,also they constitute part of the incubation.At the other hand,this paper presents the operation pattern of accelerator,and analyzes and solves the problem which appeared in the developing process of accelerator.Finally,this paper makes the empirical study of the incubator of Taiwan and Beijing Yongfeng industry incubator,puts forward the direction of our country's business incubator future development is that accelerator is a part of system incubator,and its property rights must be clarified,and financing channels should be broadened.
