Research And Application Of Logistics Mode Of Enterprises Integrating Agriculture, Industry And Commerce

The integration of agriculture, industry and commerce is the advanced mode in regional economical development. At present, lots of enterprises integrating agriculture, industry and commerce(EIAIAC) have developed, which has accelerated the development of regional economy. However, there are many problems in these enterprises, such as shortage of excellent managers, inferior management, especially logistics management. The management is not normative, inventory of raw material is not balanceable, sales channel is optional and unsteady, information is not expedite, and the logistics cost is always very high, all of which have blocked the development of EIAIAC and regional economical development. Therefore, the high efficient logistics management of EIAIAC is meaningful for regional economical development, and it is very necessary to study logistics mode of enterprises. On the basis of analysis of characteristics and logistics management of EIAIAC, the supply and sales logistics mode of EIAIAC have been studied to decrease logistics cost, assure the product quality and improve customer service. And then, EIAIAC have been developed and regional economy will be improved.Firstly, this paper expatiateed the environment EIAIC facing at present and their characteristics. Together with basal theories of enterprise logistics management, the main content of logistics management of EIAIC has been concluded, and the characteristics of their logistics management and running contents and processes of logistics operation have been studied in detail.Secondly, logistics mode of enterprises EIAIC has been studied from the perspective of supply chain:①A classified inventory mode of supply logistics has been put forward allowing for the shortage of traditional inventory and characteristics of supply logistics, and process flow and assurance methods have been analyzed;②On the basis of consuming traits of agricultural products, several sales logistics modes fit for EIAIC, and their process flow have been studied;③Decision-making model of logistics mode for EIAIC and each elements have been analyzed, which provide references for the logistics model selection.At last, one of the logistics modes has been used in one enterprise of Chongqing.
