Research On Agricultural Products Logistics Distribution In E-commerce Circumstance

With the development of Internet and information technology,e-commerce as a new industry,has become a key factor to promote economic growth and improve living standards.It brings great convenience for people's life,but also simplifies the business process,reduce the operating costs,broaden the source of income and facilitate the communication between partners.In the electronic business enterprise,the efficient and reliable logistics is the decisive factor that affects its development,and also the necessary guarantee to protect the cost advantage.Therefore,modern logistics has become an important profits source of enterprises,its social recognition is become higher and higher.Its role in economic development and social progress is growing.The e-commerce enterprises have built a virtual network sales platform.In this platform both suppliers and demanders can exchange information,make agricultural products transactions directly.It can not only help the farmers to reduce the cost in collecting relevant information,advertising,etc.,but also can reduce the entire product trading time paid by both sides of the supply and demand.The method of combining theory with practice and combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis are used in this paper.It selects X company,an agricultural product e-commerce company as the research object.Firstly,based on the theory of agricultural products logistics and B2C e-commerce,the paper analyzes the current logistics distribution of agricultural products situation which is under the environment of traditional agricultural products and electricity suppliers.Secondly,the paper studies the agricultural products logistics distribution system in the following aspects:the agricultural product logistics distribution system,basic structure,system function elements,logistics distribution mode,cloud distribution platform,and so on.Thirdly,the paper points out that although the X company is fastest growing agricultural products e-commerce enterprises in Chengdu's,but there are still some problems need to be solved,such as no perfect logistics distribution system,unreasonable distribution path,high distribution costs,low quality service.Based on the company's logistics and distribution problems,this paper puts forward the ideas of X company logistics distribution.First of all,we can build X company logistics distribution system by the ways of establishing rapid response distribution center,selecting the best logistics distribution model by the analytic hierarchy process,and strengthening cooperation with the cloud distribution platform,etc..Secondly,we can make the X company's agricultural products logistics distribution lines as an example by using the mileage saving method to optimized distribution line,to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of logistics distribution.The results show that self support logistics is the best logistics distribution mode at present,distribution mode will become the development trend of X company's agricultural products logistics distribution,mileage saving method for the X company logistics distribution optimization is scientific and effective.Hoping to provide some suggestions for optimizing the same type of enterprise of agricultural products logistics distribution solutions market.It's hope that this results can be as some references for the optimization of the logistics distribution of the same type of enterprises in the market.
