With the development of science and technology, instrument and equipment has become more and more a important technical supporting tool in scientific and technical research. It is of great importance to utilize advanced network technology and information technology to achieve the aim of actualizing instrument and equipment networked sharing application. The study and solution of instrument and equipment supply-demand coordinate management is critical among many problems.In this paper, supply-demand coordinate management model and key technology in instrument and equipment networked sharing have been studied. Relevant supporting system has been designed and developed. A platform has been set up through which supplier and customer can coordinate supply and demand management, it is not only useful for solving practical problems in study and work, but also enriches the management model of networked sharing. By exploring the coordinate management method of mass networked sharing instrument and equipment, it is significant reference value to solve the similar sharing management problems of networked sharing distributed resources.First of all, based on the Logistic Management and Agile Supply Chain Management, the supply and demand relationship in instrument and equipment networked sharing was analyzed, a new concept was put forward that fourth party coordinate manage center, its meaning and characteristic were studied, and the management model and service flow were also researched.Secondly, based on the analysis of in instrument and equipment networked sharing coordinate management model, some key technologies related were studied. (1)The Queueing model of customer waiting for service was studied, its capability index was analyzed, which lay a foundation for coordinate supply and demand relationship; (2)three principles for quantity planning were studied and set up, which can be helpful for sharing quantity decision; (3)aim for the practical situation that multiple customers ask for service when there are multiple instrument and equipment, a schedule arithmetic for customer task was put forward, which is helpful for contradiction, improve the efficiency of instrument and equipment.Finally, on the basis of above mentioned research, a instrument and equipment networked sharing coordinate management system has been designed and developed.
