Liaoning Chengda Fangyuan Medical Chain-store Co.,Ltd.(CDFY) has developed rapidly during more than four years since its entrance to the field of medicine-retailing. The original market structure has changed a lot and the competition is becoming more and more serious as the openness to the world in this field. CDFY have to adjust itself to the market situation and compete actively in the market through an effective competitive strategy in order to form its core competitive advantage.To some extent, a company's competitive strategy reflects a kind of experience and intuitive thought of decision-makers.
