Accompanied with the rapid development of economy and reform of petroleum industry,China's oil circulation has experienced from the highly centralized and unified management plan to gradually deregulated market reform process,and the refined oil market is China's oil industry in the most open,the most competitive one,in recent years,with the energy of continuous upgrading and refining technology,our country in the oil refining capacity has a serious surplus,the oil market has become a buyer's market,resources become relatively loose.Guangxi regional market in state-owned private capital entered,coastal resources under the influence of such illegal infiltration to Guangxi from the original market hinterland into competitive edge,in addition,the economic development slowdown,Guangxi high-speed railway construction,vigorously develop new alternative energy development and utilization,the product of the traditional advantage by the strong impact.H oil company as the Guangxi oil market leading enterprises,after years of rapid development,has made remarkable achievements,but its development model and philosophy and high-quality foreign oil companies,is still the extensive mode of development,the connotation of service,development power and energy is not enough,the homogenization of vicious competition seriously.Faced with these problems,the next step is how to take the right competition strategy for H company,to take a favorable position in the fierce market competition,to maintain the first position of the market share,and to realize the coordinated development of sales scale,benefit and quality is the main problem faced by H company.This paper combines the theory and practice,based on the development situation of H company's business is currently facing and have to face the competition situation,using the value chain model and analyze combined with Potter's five competitive forces model of internal and external competitive factors,to analyze the competition environment,determine the degree of competitive forces and their respective enterprises the threat level,the control of Potter's three competitive strategy by matching analysis,clearly identify the core competitiveness and establish the competitive advantage,and then draw-differentiation competitive strategy combined with the enterprise should choose the competition strategy and development goals set by the current actual situation.Finally,the countermeasures are put forward to discuss how to effectively implement the differentiation competition.This paper argues that the competition with H company will face more and more cruel and fierce competition,especially the development of enterprises and enterprises are constantly replace and expand,H company should take to improve the level of the market depth,maintain network layout advantages,and through analysis of the competitive advantage of the industrial chain,customer value creation,in order to protect the core competitiveness of enterprises continue to grow.
